Hello my name is Manon Mestraud, I’ve been playing volleyball for 4 years, and it has changed my life in many ways. Volleyball has taught me the importance of discipline, commitment and the value of teamwork. Each practice is an opportunity to push my limits, learn from my mistakes, and embrace the process of improvement. I’ve experienced the joy of winning and the lessons that come from losing. These moment have taught me to come even stronger as a player. Now as I prepare for college, I’m dedicated to bring the same commitment of hard work and resilience.
