I am a very hard worker in my sports and in school. I always try to put forth my best effort in whatever I am doing. As a captain in track, I make sure to encourage my teammates as well as fill my role as a leader. During the off-season of track, I work hard to improve. I go to the speed trainings my school offers and I work with a former college athlete, who ran track, to achieve my goal of beating my school’s 400m record.
