Personal Statement
If you are watching me on the field, you might hear my coach and teammates call me "Hula or Madi". Hula because I have been dancing hula since I was 6. I am a utility player that can play competitively on both sides of the infield, at 2nd and 3rd base. My coaches rely on me to be a leader in our infield, making plays, covering my spots, talking it up, and bringing joy and energy in the sport of softball to each game. I’m a respected teammate who thrives on feedback from my coaches so that I can learn new plays and strategies while continuing to improve my softball IQ. I give 100% in everything I do. My motto is Work Hard, Play Hard and Trust in God. Work Hard academically. Play Hard to become the best I can be. And through it all “Trust in the Lord with all your heart…”(Proverbs 3:5-6)
