Personal Statement
Hi, a little about me! I am from Vancouver Island BC. Our community is small and my only opportunity was to play with boys. Girls field lacrosse did not exist in my area. My first official game at 9 years of age was with a U15 team and I barely touched the ball. In 2018 I was able to play in Provincials for Naomi Wasler. I borrowed Naomi's stick to play. Upon her urging I tried out for Team BC. Our games are limited to only tournaments as we do not have enough players to have regular scheduled games. I am excited to see where lacrosse can take me. I intend to work towards a Criminology degree.
