Personal Statement
Hello! My name is Maddie Joyce and I am a Junior at Kiski Area High School in Leechburg, PA. As a Freshman, I started on my high school's varsity volleyball team as a libero earning first team all section honors and third team all WPIAL honors. As a Sophomore, I transitioned to outside hitter to fill a void left by a graduating senior and earned second team all section honors. As a Junior, I transitioned back to libero and earned first team all section honors and second team all WPIAL honors. I earned a varsity letter on my high school's basketball team as well as on my high school's track team competing in the 100, 200, 400, 4x100, 4x400, and javelin. I currently have a 3.96 GPA. I am a member of the student council, National Honor Society, and Key Club.
