Personal Statement
My name is Maclin Carson-Koestner out of Elkhorn, Nebraska. I am a Freshman at Elkhorn South High School and I am looking to play softball at the collegiate level. I fell in love with playing softball when I was 6 and knew it was my sport. I have always been an outfielder due to my speed and I love being able to make the diving catches and throwing out runners. On and off the field, I have great leadership and pride. I am a Triple Threat offensively and enjoy helping my team in any way I can. I give all my effort in every play and I am always talking after and before any pitch. I work hard in school and in sports and I believe that my dedication and leadership can impact any program for the better.
