Lydia Burrell

I currently play volleyball for Roots Volleyball Academy (RVA). I attend Waukee Northwest High School in Waukee, Iowa and graduate in 2027. I was on Varsity as a sophomore where we finished 2nd in this year’s State Tournament. This is my fourth year with RVA and I have loved my experience. Last year we placed 5th at Nationals in the 15U Open division. This year we have placed in the top two of every tournament, most of which have been played in the 17U age division. We placed first in the Bettendorf Iowa Invitational 17U where I was named tournament MVP. I am a dedicated student-athlete who loves the game of volleyball. My dream is to play in college while pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. I am willing to put in the time, effort, and hard work to play at the highest of levels!
