Personal Statement
My name is Lydia Borger. I am an upcoming senior at Pleasant Valley HS in Brodheadsville, Pa. I also attend Monroe Career and Technical Institute's Horticulture program. I am a three-time varsity letter winner in softball. I was awarded as an EPC All Conference First Team Outfielder, as well as North Division First Team Outfielder in 2024. I am a member of the Monroe FFA Chapter, serving as Secretary, and a member of the 4-H Livestock Club, Chasing Ribbons. Since Fall of 2022, I have been playing for Forks Thunder 18U, located in Easton, Pa. I love agriculture and the work balance with softball and farming. I plan on attending college and majoring in Agriculture Sciences, and minoring in Poultry Science. I have always dreamed of having the opportunity to play college softball.
