Luke Kim

I primarily play left back and have experience playing as both a center back and center defensive mid. My biggest strengths on the field are locking down fast and technical players on defense and providing a quick counter into the offensive third on offense. I scored a 1600 on the SAT and 1490 on the PSAT. I have an unweighted GPA of 4.1/4.0 and a weighted GPA of 4.74. I'm a National Merit Scholar and Presidential Scholars Program semifinalist. I've received All Conference, All Academic Conference, All Sectional Honorable Mention, and Northwest Herald All Area First Team recognitions throughout my HS career. I've won the Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL) Premiership Cup and have never placed below 2nd place in the regular season table for my Sockers FC NPL team over the past 4 years.
