Lucinda Gwiazdoski

I have been playing lacrosse since I was six years old. It has always been my favorite sport and I strive to excel every time I pick up my stick. I have strong stick skills, quick feet, and a high lacrosse IQ. I've been told I am a very coachable athlete, and take constructive criticism well. I work well with my teammates and support them when they are struggling with a certain skill or play. I communicate on the field, even if I am behind the restraining line on attack. I know that in order for the whole team to thrive, every player has to commit and feel united. My varsity high school coach told me that even though I was the youngest on the team, I was one of the best leaders. My dream is to continue to learn more about the sport and myself throughout the collegiate level.
