Personal Statement
My name is Linnea Nestor, and I am a striker for my ECNL and High School team. My most significant asset is versatility on the soccer field, as I also play fullback and winger. I work hard on and off the field, earning a 4.59 GPA. Not only is my goal to play soccer in college, but to major in psychology. As a freshman (2019-2020), I started almost every game as a varsity player at the Academy of the Holy Names, helping my team win districts and get to the Regional semi-finals. As a forward, I am working on shooting more accurately and finishing out of the air on corners and crosses. Although I can continuously improve, I am very good at moving off the ball to allow more time and space for me and my teammates.
