Personal Statement
I am Lily Van Hal, a 2026 setter from Chester, South Dakota. I was a starter on Chester Area High School as a 7th grader. I am a 4x State All Tournament Team member, and 3x First Team All-State member. This season, I helped my team win two South Dakota State Championships. I started going to different Kairos camps when I was 5 years old. I have been a part of Kairos Elite Volleyball Club, since I was 9 years old, on their 11u team. This year I am on Kairos 17 Beta National team. I have grown up loving the sport of volleyball, and I improve year round by dedicating my time to the weight room, open gyms, nutrition, and practices. I pride myself on having a good attitude, being coachable, working hard, and being a great teammate.
