Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Lilli Pontius. I am a three-sport athlete from Frederick, MD. I am a two-way midfielder for Renegades 2026 (#6). I am a starter on attack for Urbana HS Girls Varsity Lacrosse (2024 4A State Finalists). I am a hard-working and coachable athlete with high field IQ. I have high stamina and use my size and strength to my advantage. I also play varsity Flag Football and Basketball at UHS. I am the starting free safety and a starting C/PF. Academically I stay on top of work in my honors/AP classes, as well as being honor roll every semester. I also volunteer as a coach for a youth girls flag football team. I love playing sports not only for the competition, but for the bonds you form with your teammates. I am looking forward to seeing where lacrosse takes me on and off the field.
