Personal Statement
My name is Lilianna Acosta and I’m a 4 sport scholar athlete. Softball is priority and I aspire to play in college. I’m an athletic 5’ 10” Pitcher, 1st base that also hits and steals bases. I love to stand tall and command the circle and be a threat as a hitter and on the base path. Growing up playing softball, basketball, soccer, track and now volleyball in high school has taught me discipline, team work, leadership and sisterhood. I maintain a 3.8 or higher GPA. Since playing for the 15U and 18U Mexican National Softball Team for the past 3 years and traveling all over the world to play has taught me time management with homework, taking care of my body and still play hard vs other countries and come out on top. I helped Mexico receive 2 Silver medals and 2 Bronze medals.
