Personal Statement
My name is Lilia Alpuche, a senior at Mater Dei Catholic High School and outfielder for the Breakers Labs 18U Gold Bobby team. I’m a true lefty—batting, slapping, and throwing left-handed. Since I was three, I’ve dreamed of playing collegiate softball, working daily to get faster, stronger, and ready for that opportunity. On and off the field, I strive to show mental toughness, lead by example, stay focused, and have fun. I take pride in being coachable, always open to feedback and eager to learn from coaches and teammates. Ultimately, I want to contribute to a program where I can make a positive impact and play alongside teammates I trust and who trust me—it's that simple.
