Personal Statement
My name is Lila Christy. I am a midfielder for the 2026 HGR team and for Central Catholic (Class of 2026). Although, I didn’t start playing lacrosse until 8th grade, I fell in love with the sport immediately and challenged myself to develop into an elite level player. It’s only been a few years, but I put so much effort into technical training, understanding the game and fitness and feel that I can now play at an elite level. As an athlete, I am a very coachable and have a team-first attitude, always trying to help make my team better. Lacrosse has had such a positive impact on my life, and I dream of playing for a strong college program with great academics!
