Personal Statement
My name is Liam Tiernan. I am a Junior at Marshwood HS in So Berwick, ME where I am the starting varsity SS. I began playing competitive club baseball at age 9 for the Seacoast Pirates and have always played at the showcase level. I played on the Marshwood All-Star Team winning the Cal Ripken State Championship in 2018 & 2019. I've competed on three Cooperstown teams; one team making it to the 5th seed. My Seacoast Pirates team won 15U NE World Series Championship in 2022. I am an honors student & have interests in biochem or athletic training. I am a multi-sport athlete also playing varsity basketball (Captain). I’m active in fundraising for the Jimmy Fund Walk since 2011 & wear #9 in memory of my brother. I know my skills & dedication will make me a valuable team member.
