Personal Statement
My name is Leah Murphy and I am a Junior at Wilmington High school, Massachusetts. I made the high school varsity team my freshman year and have been a starting attacker ever since. During my sophomore year I led the team in scoring and was named Middlesex League All-star. At the end of that season, I was chosen as one of the team captains. During my freshman and sophomore year in high school, I tallied 63 goals in total. As a teammate, I bring high energy and support to help us get through our games and practices. Looking ahead, I’m interested in finding a college where I can pursue a degree in healthcare or another related field while continuing to play lacrosse.
