Personal Statement
I found my passion for soccer at a young age on the playground. I then began playing at a more advanced level and continued to grow as a young athlete through club soccer. I found a whole different family on the soccer field, one that I could relate to in a different way. As I transitioned into high school, I discovered greater connections with my team as I would see them daily in classes, in the halls, as well as on the field. The best part about high school soccer, is playing with my older sister who was my first introduction to the sport and my inspiration. I also have grown closer to my ECNL club team as we traveled together for days at a time across the country and I see them daily for training.
