Personal Statement
Up until 2022, I was a dual sport athlete. I started swimming and playing softball at the age of five, and both of those sports have taught me several lessons beyond the world of athletics. Playing two competitive sports undoubtedly challenged me, but it ultimately strengthened my commitment and will to succeed. It also shaped my character, passion, and respect for the game, all while training me to push through hardships and develop mental toughness. I highly value academics and athletics, and I am dedicated to fostering a positive environment by serving my school, peers, and community.
