Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Lauren Miller and I've been playing lacrosse since 3rd grade. I’ve been playing for NXT Volt for the past 7 years. I'm a versatile player, playing attack and midfield. I use my size, speed, and stick skills to my advantage on the field. I also enjoy playing tough defense and being a leader on and off the field. I’m a team player who is always ready to learn in practices and in games. As a player, I love competing and being part of a team. This year, I earned Offensive Player of the Year for my HS and All Area Honorable Mention. I'm also a multi-sport athlete running varsity on the cross-country team. I've qualified for States both years and served as captain the last two years. Fun Fact- you'll see me on the field wearing a helmet which I've worn since I started playing!
