Personal Statement
My name is Lauren DeRosa, and I'm a sophomore at Corning Painted Post High School in upstate New York, set to graduate in 2027. Since 8th grade, I've been the starting center fielder for the Corning Hawks, the 2024 Class AAA New York State Softball Champions. I also play club ball for Virginia Glory 16U National, coached by Colin Christiansen. As a dedicated student-athlete, I've competed in softball, track, volleyball, and basketball, all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I'm excited to continue my journey in softball at the collegiate level and be a part of a team that values hard work, commitment, and striving for excellence.
