Personal Statement
My name is Kyla Decker and I am a 2025 softball player from Phoenix, Az with a huge love for the game. I take pride in the fact that I am known for being one of the hardest workers out there and plan to bring this work ethic with me when I play in college. I attend Deer Valley High School where I am the starting catcher since Freshman year. My teammates and coaches have coined me as the “Stat Queen” as I am huge on reviewing my opponents’ stats and studying for my games. In addition, I have established myself as a mentor and leader for my fellow teammates. I have been fortunate enough to have won multiple accolades and have set even bigger goals for my junior year. I currently play club softball on AZ Hotshots.
