Personal Statement
My name is Kori Reckers. As a freshman I was the starting setter on varsity & ran a 5-1 offense. My sophomore year I ran a 6-2 offense & led the varsity team in assists (428), kills (223) and aces (83). I recorded 400 digs & my 1,000 career assist in 2021. I have played for NKYVC since I was 9. I was named to the 36th District & 9th Region All Tournament Teams, NKGVCA Div. 2 First Team, 2021 AVCA Phenom Watch List, 2021 KVCA Preseason Watch List & 2021 Ultra Ankle JVA Watch List - Class of 2024. I want to continue playing volleyball in college & study to be a veterinarian. I enjoy working with animals & helping people. I work hard on & off the court, especially in school so that I can accomplish my goals. I take advantage of every opportunity to get better.
