Kipenzi Perry

I’m a Junior from NC in the class of 2026. I’m excited to find a balance between rigorous academics and a challenging athletic environment. I am a starting center back and also play outside back, but I am able to play other positions as well. I also run high school Cross Country. I am no stranger to the demands of college athletics. My father was on the Duke Basketball team and my mother played and coached Division I Field Hockey at Duke and Appalachian State. Growing up, I lived in Peru for 5 months. At the time, I didn’t speak any Spanish, but I discovered how soccer is an international language and developed my passion for the game. I also love being outdoors. You can find me camping, skiing, climbing, and hiking in my free time when not training for soccer.
