Personal Statement
I started playing lacrosse in 6th grade and I immediately fell in love with the sport. I started off as a midfielder and played with the older kids during our fall ball season. I didn’t know what position I wanted to play so my coach asked me to try goalie. I loved playing goalie the second I stepped into the crease and have stuck to the position ever since. I have persevered to try to be one of the best in my position, and when I hit a wall I keep moving forward instead of giving up. During my free time I surf and snowboard with friends.
