Personal Statement
My love for volleyball began at 5yrs old playing fall league at the local YMCA. For me, volleyball is more than a game, it has built me into who I am as a person. It not only helped me gain strength and agility, but taught me discipline, grit, and develop strong character. Competing has taught me how to handle high pressure situations. My ability to remain calm in the chaos has helped me compete at my best. Volleyball is high-tempo which requires me having a strong ability to focus and to stay present on the court and in the moment. As I continue to level-up as a volleyball player, I am committed to pushing myself to elevate academically and athletically. I love this game! And I am excited to see where my love for this sport will take me. One Team | One Heart | I LOVE TO COMPETE <3
