Personal Statement
Defensive minded player, who works hard to continually improve. I specialize in my receiving and blocking work, have a strong and accurate throwing arm, and a pop time that keeps the runners second guessing. My subtle receiving stands out from the crowd. At the plate, I'm a patient hitter. Last year, I lead my travel team with an average of .392 (20 - 51) with an OBPs of .523. I am aggressive on the base path and stole 9 bases last year without getting caught stealing. I knocked in 16 RBI’s with 10 runs. I have an exceptional batting eye which draws pitchers into deep counts, in addition to being aggressive and always looking to swing at the plate.
