Kelsey Ostrander

I started playing volleyball when I was 12 years old and started out as a middle blocker. I soon got moved to opposite, once my passing started to grow stronger and stronger., I then got moved to outside hitter, and that is where I am now along with playing opposite. In addition, I play beach volleyball, and have been on the varsity beach volleyball team at my high school since freshman year, and I compete competitively outside of high school as well. My whole life I have balanced soccer and volleyball. Up until sophomore year I was playing high school and club soccer and volleyball at the same time. Sophomore year I decided to step away from soccer, and focus on pursuing and growing my volleyball game. Sophomore year I was awarded Offensive MVP on my high school.
