Personal Statement
I'm a dedicated, coachable, and hard-working athlete. I've always been a leader, and I try my best to keep a positive mindset even in bad situations, on and off the court. I've been around volleyball since I was born. In college, I look to be surrounded by people who are constantly striving to get better. I need a coach who expects the most out of me. I made varsity as the starting setter my freshman year and ran a 5-1. I was also the starting setter my sophomore year and ran a 5-1. In 8th grade, I ran track and was awarded MVP sprinter for scoring the most points. Freshman year, I made the varsity track and field team as the fastest hurdler on our team. Academically, I'm in AP World History, AP Lang, AP Stats, and Honors Pre-Calc.
