Personal Statement
My name is Kayla Vaughan and I am a RHP/3/UT player on SoCal Breakers Beddow/Wright 18u travel team. I am a 2023 graduate and attend Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego, CA. Being a student athlete is very important to me and I strive to work hard and be the best person I can be in the classroom and on the field. I am a supportive teammate and you can always hear me cheering on my team on and off the field. I am currently interested in studying Psychology and am looking for a program that will challenge me and help me continue to grow as a student athlete. When I'm not playing/training, I enjoy going to the driving range, archery range and drawing. In addition, during the spring, I umpire at my local youth softball league.
