Personal Statement
My name is Kayla Joyce. I am a 2025 goalie with a 4.3 GPA and a passion to play field hockey at the highest level! I currently play for Pittsburgh Venom, FHL’s NCC Team & North Allegheny High School. I completed my HS career with 611 saves, 0.89 sv% & was named 1st Team All-State for Pennsylvania and 2024 All-WPIAL All Star. I also received NA Defensive MVP for the 3rd time and NA Scholar Athlete Award for the 4th, and was named 2024 Players to watch by the Field Hockey Analyst. In 2023, I was named All-WPIAL All Star with 311 saves, 0.901 SV% which is the 5th highest recorded by NFHS & was listed 4x in the National Record Book (for saves in a season & individual games). I was ranked by Max FH on the Top 150 & selected for the Nexus National Championship.
