Katie Mercure

Please see HUDL for updated profile and videos. My name is Katie Mercure and I am a setter on the 17-1s for Wisconsin Juniors. Setting has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I enjoy setting because I get to make the decisions on what happens next. I also love setting because I get the opportunity to better every ball. I view myself as a leader for others to look up to with my competitiveness and drive in the gym. I enjoy playing beach volleyball in the summer but I also attend camps that further my skills in the indoor game. Since I want to pursue a job in occupational therapy, I love helping kids and my community. I am looking to attend a college where I can push myself academically and on the court.
