Katey Mason

Being naturally inclined to compete in sports, soccer has brought me much joy. I’ve learned self-discipline and how to be a team player. My passion has led me to different places and spaces outside of my comfort zone. It has solidified my understanding of what it means to be a coachable player and a valued teammate. I’ve learned resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity. I embrace the idea that I am a work in progress, and I am intrinsically motivated to reach my goals each and every day. I want a career in the medical field and in a challenging environment where I can continuously learn and experience innovation. I am eager to find a school that fits my academic, social, and career aspirations. Soccer, no doubt, will need to be a part of that too.
