Personal Statement
My name is Katelyn Williams. I’m on Team91-VA 2026 where I play as a defender. While my main position is on the defensive end, I’m always ready to step in as a midfielder if needed. I help my teammates by leading with my voice and using my high lacrosse IQ. My competitiveness and work ethic drive me to be a better teammate on and off the field. I’m a Junior at Powhatan High School where I play on both the varsity lacrosse and varsity volleyball teams. I am a member of the National Honor Society and active in various clubs in my school. Being a multi-sport athlete gives me motivation to keep up my grades and maintain a 4.2 GPA. I would love the opportunity to continue my lacrosse journey at the collegiate level.
