Personal Statement
Katie Mackleer is my name. I'm a senior who prides herself on mental fortitude and physical toughness with the knowledge that Goal Keepers set the tone for the club. Opposing offenses, make no mistake.....I bring the hammer to the way I play goal. In just my freshman HS year, I was selected MEC Defensive Player of the Year over several older ECNL keepers and many ECNL defensive backs. We also took our team to its first 4A playoff. For club, I recently joined the Tampa Bay United ECNL Team. This TBU group of Coaches have been fantastic allowing to play with one of the most talented teams and along side one of the top goalkeepers in the Nation. As a teammate, we are a family; I got you and you have me. I pick my teammates up, and am always positive with my defense backs
