Personal Statement
I grew up playing softball in Prescott, Arizona. I found out that my position was left field from trial and error. I always thought I would be a pitcher, but I guess I just don't have the oomph. I used to play for Chino Valley High School for two years. I moved to Arkansas, and went to Rogers Heritage High School for my second semester of my Junior year. I was scared to move and go to a school that had 2,500 students, when I came from a small town, with a high school that only had 750 students. It was a big adjustment for sure, but it was also for the better. I made varsity my freshman year, and was first team region in my conference. I was offensive player (MVP), first team conference and regional player of the year, my sophomore year. My junior year I made all state tournament team.
