Kadidiatou Diallo

My name is KD and I’m from the Bronx, NY. My parents are originally from a country in West Africa called Guinea. I started playing basketball because my parents have been Knicks fans since coming here. We would often go to games or watch them on TV. I believe I’m a threat on the court because I’m a versatile offensive player: I can shoot, be playmaker, score in the paint, and more. Basketball is everything to me, but I love fashion and want to be an entrepreneur one day. My favorite TV show is the West Wing because I love its 90’s era style and characters, and the story arcs are creative and interesting. My favorite quote is the following from Denzel Washington: “Without commitment, you’ll never start, but more importantly, without consistency, you’ll never finish."
