Personal Statement
Prior to finding volleyball as my passionate sport, I competed in gymnastics for 6 1/2 years. Gymnastics taught me discipline, hard work and perseverance. I've transferred this work ethic to volleyball which has helped me to learn the game over the past few years. I take practices and scrimmages seriously, often seeking out my coaches' feedback. In addition to my regular practices, I consistently go to 1-2 clinics a week. These clinics help me to get extra reps as well as specific instruction and correction. I look forward to learning all that I can in this position and continuing to develop my skills. Thank you for your time, Kacie
