Personal Statement
I officially started playing lacrosse at age 12 but messed around with a stick years before that. I've been playing club since eighth grade, and I plan on doing that throughout the rest of high school. I have been a Varsity Lacrosse player since my freshmen year at Chaparral High School. I also play field hockey for Mountain Vista, starting freshmen year on their JV team. I received the Overall Midfielder MVP award sophomore year and I am now on their Varsity team. Personally, I like to play a strategic game, as I know this game can't be won by the individual alone. I continue to work on my versatility and can play any position needed on the field. During my sophomore year of high school, I became certified as a youth girls official and have been officiating games in the spring.
