Personal Statement
I grew up in a soccer family. My dad and my older brother played collegiate soccer. I fell in love with the sport at a young age while attending my older siblings' practices. Throughout my entire soccer career, I have been playing at the top level (Development Academy and ECNL) and I'm passionate about the game. As primarily a holding midfielder, I have good awareness and I am comfortable with the ball at my feet. I pride myself on pressing, providing effective defensive coverage and consistently winning balls to later connect with the best option available with great timing. I value academics and excel in STEM and currently have a cumulative 4.2 GPA and class rank 10 of 429. My dream is to attend and play at a prestigious university where I can pursue a Mechanical Engineering degree.
