John Majka

Ever since I started playing it has been a goal of mine to play college lacrosse. I’m known for being big, strong and athletic. I began playing lacrosse at d-pole early on and earned many tournament awards in that position. But I switched to midfield in 7th grade after my coach (Adam Mueller) made the suggestion. I work hard year round to improve my stick skills, and am equally comfortable passing and scoring just as much right handed as I do left handed. Also, given my size and strength, I fight for every ground ball and often come up with it in big game situations, and can play 2-way given my defensive background. Opponents find it very hard to stop me on clears and I have a very aggressive ride. I love to compete, and I get really excited about the big games helping my team win!
