Personal Statement
My name is Joel Tekyi. I am 24 years old. I attended Winneba Secondary School in Ghana. I was my school’s leading high jump athlete in 2017. I was first runner up in the inter-schools athletic competition in 2017 where I jumped 1.7m. I have improved on my training since then and now have a personal best of 1.85m. I believe there is more room for improvement and i can do better. I also did long jump with a personal best of 6.2m. I am a good soccer player, playing right back. I also play table tennis and basketball.
