Personal Statement
Hi! I was introduced to volleyball when I was 7 years old by my oldest sister. I am the youngest of 4 and have grown up competing with my siblings in almost everything as we all played multiple sports. I swam, played softball, basketball, tennis, danced and cheered but ultimately nothing compared to my love for volleyball. My oldest sister finished playing volleyball in 2023 and was an All American middle blocker at Wingate University. My brother is a tight end playing football at UNC Charlotte. My Dad played football at Western Carolina University as an offensive guard. I have seen through my family what it takes to play in college and what a great opportunity it is. I believe I am ready for that challenge and would be so grateful for the chance to play in college!
