Personal Statement
My name is Jessica Miller I have been playing lacrosse for 5 years. I started off as a defender and in more recent years have switched over to a midfielder. I currently play for Home Grown(Hgr). I enjoy the midfield spot because you are able to take/control the draw, and you also are able to help on both sides of the field scoring, passing, and making plays in the offensive territory. Along with that I enjoy being able to help back on the defensive end to keep the other team from scoring and using communication to work together. I believe that teamwork is one of the best ways to create and grow a team to be close and work together/communicate better. I really enjoy being with my team because it is like a second family, and I hope in college I am able to get that feeling too.
