Jessica McCabe

I started playing lacrosse in 2nd grade and instantly fell in love with the sport. In 8th grade, I made my High School Varsity team. That year, I scored 10 goals, had 14 ground balls, 9 caused turn overs, and 10 draw controls. My freshman year, I was a starting attacker/midfielder every game and scored 36 goals, had 19 assists, 9 caused turn overs, 30 ground balls, and 24 draw controls. My junior year I scored 69 goals, including my 100th varsity career goal, had 6 assists, 48 draw controls, and 36 ground balls. I am constantly practicing my stick work and dodging and I am comfortable using both hands. Also, I am on my varsity basketball team and have been a starter since freshman year. I take honors and AP classes and I help coach my towns youth lacrosse team.
