Personal Statement
My name is Jaylee Strickland, I will be a 2023 graduate of Dublin Jerome High School in Dublin, Ohio. I play Goalkeeper for Ohio Premier ECNL and Varsity high school team. Being able to work toward my future as well as play at the next level in the sport that I love, is something that is important and valuable to me. Off the field, my plan is to earn my Registered Nursing License and go on to receive my Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing going into Oncology Nursing specifically, which is something I knew I wanted to pursue as a career since I was in the 7th grade. Currently, I have a 3.8 cumulative GPA; I am taking 3 honors and AP courses as a Junior. Academics is something I take seriously and work as hard as I do on the field, in the classroom.
