Personal Statement
Volleyball is my High School Sweetheart. My mom jokes that, for me as a kid, trying sports was like tasting ice cream. I had a flavor of the month until I signed up for a rec league volleyball session. Volleyball became, and still is, my favorite flavor! I’ve just started my 5th season of club volleyball. In ’21, I moved from a Middle to a Pin Hitter after putting in work to learn and do better with serve receive and passing; allowing me to stay on the court and help my team through the entire rotation. Missouri does not have State sanctioned HS volleyball for guys so when not in season, I'm taking lessons and working with the girls team at Liberty North High School. In college, I plan on majoring in Biochemistry so that I can help with Environmental issues after graduation.
