Personal Statement
My name is Jasmine Thomas, 5'11" MB class of 2025. I recently competed at HJV and KU and I am currently playing for the Texas Tornados 18 National team. I attend Mayde Creek High School in Katy ISD and a varsity starter my sophomore year. In 2022, I led Varsity in blocks and top three leading player in hitting percentage (157Kills/101Total Blocks) and I am also ranked 61 nationally in solo blocks and 3rd in blocks for the 6ARegIIIDist19. I have a 4.06 GPA and inducted in the NHS, NSHSS, and Student Athlete Scholars. In 2024 recognized for Academic All State, 2023 Academic All District, 2022 KISD Newcomer of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year in 2021. Continuously working to improve my abilities so that I can keep getting better.
