Personal Statement
My love for swimming started at the age of 5 years old when my mother noticed I hated getting out of the bath. I have participated in various meets both locally and internationally for the Kenya National team. I am a humble, tenacious and trustworthy individual that is able to communicate effectively with others. A hard working, disciplined and a competitive swimmer who is willing to learn more and likes to take risks. I put effort into everything that I do and make sure I give it my best. I have a passion and dedication for swimming. I hope to find a University scholarship that will provide the best fit for me to continue excelling in my swimming skills. I believe I will be an asset to your swimming fraternity if given the chance. It would be an honor to be on your team.
